shipping policy

Petite Hair Collections offers two shipping methods: standard and expedited. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days while expedited takes 2-4.

All products will be shipped within two business days of ordering. If you have any special requests please contact Jodi Ann. Tracking numbers will be provided on request. Please allow extra time for shipping companies due to the current pandemic.

return & exchange policy

Any returned item must be unused and have the original tags and packaging. Contact Jodi Ann for a return address. Once Jodiann receives a return she will evaluate it and should it be unused with original tags and packaging, a full refund will be given in the amount of the item + tax.
